This PR adds the wording "The departmental standard on turnaround times for all assessments is one (1) week unless otherwise stated below. Turnaround time is counted from the day on which the assessment is made available for grading." as default to all DDAHs.
It also switches the documentation and scripts from
docker-composeto the more currentdocker compose.
